International Cruise & Resort Careers
STCW-oriented safety, shipboard service, and recruitment preparation for cruise lines.
Intermediate6 MonthsBlended
A career-launch programme for the international cruise and resort industry. The curriculum combines shipboard fundamentals (safety culture and STCW orientation, ship hierarchy, life on board) with the service departments that hire most heavily: cabin stewarding, restaurant and bar service, and guest services.
The final phase is pure employability: contracts and documentation (C1/D visas, medicals, seafarer books), CV preparation to cruise-line format, and recorded mock interviews with individual feedback. Our placement desk connects graduates with recruitment partners for major cruise lines and resort groups.
